All services require a deposit to book. Appointments can be rescheduled anytime prior to 48 hours of your scheduled service. If you need to cancel at anytime you are required to reach out and request to do so. If your cancellation request is prior to 48 hours of your scheduled service, a refund will be provided to the card on file. If your request to cancel or reschedule is within 48 hours of your scheduled service, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
